After csup import in RELENG_6, I think it make sense to change default value of SUP variable to csup

How-To-Repeat:  # cd /usr/ports/ && make update
 --------------------------------------------------------------
 >>> Running cvsup
 --------------------------------------------------------------
 cvsup:No such file or directory
 *** Error code 1
 
 Stop in /usr/ports.
