Thanks for your submission!

In general, it's much easier for a committer to
update a CPAN module all by himself then to
download a PR, verify it, apply patches, commit
with due credits, and close the PR. It would be
great if you just sent me a message like "1.01
is out", if you need the new version right away.

Also, don't delete or modify the functionality
you don't understand fully, with all implications.
If in doubt, please do ask, most developers will
be very glad to explain their prior decisions in
detail to you.

It's great that you have a hack for the port to
work with perl<5.6. I committed it, but I tend to
disagree with it. I bet you haven't tested the
port with old perl, not thoroughly. And it states
in it's readme that it requires 5.6.1.

In general, we're very pleased a lot of helpful
contributions from you, but it would be really
great if you gave each of them a bit more thought.
