- Update to 0.3
- Add docs and examples
- Use PYTHON_SITELIBDIR in pkg-plist
- Add net/py-pypcap int RUN_DEPENDS

It seems that USE_PYTHON_PREFIX is not used. But I'm not absolutely sure.
BTW, how about rename this port to py-pcs?
