The port "usr/ports/databases/zodb" refers to a very early release of the ZODB which ist outdated and deprecated. I think that this port should be deleted to avoid confusion. Developers should use databases/zodb3 instead.

I marked the port as DEPRECATED. It will be removed after about one month if 
nobody wants to take care of the port and maintain it.
