Add CONFLICTS for both lang/tcl85 and lang/tcl85-thread as they cannot coexist.
Portrevision bump not required.

There is a second way of doing this by patching lang/tcl85/Makefile
only. See attachment.

Here is an updated patch that is portlint-safe and disables threaded
build on ia64 by now (due to coredump).
