Incorporate Sainsbury's service name resolution patch:

http://www.dest-unreach.org/socat/contrib/socat-servicenames.html

and Lucq's file descriptor patch:

http://www.dest-unreach.org/socat/contrib/socat-maxfds.html

into the port.
