	Add QT_COMPONENTS to Makefile to ensure proper build environment

This patch intends to allow xca package to build correctly, which is
currently broken.
I think is important to fix esp. with 7.0 and 6.3 release around the
corner. If possible, please commit before those release dates arrive.
