New features:
- sql statistics in top, query time
- better work with ini (default, without save settings, ...)
- new design / better css
- menu and controls is now more operative (reloading on demand, bigger buttons)

Bug-fixes: 
- queries - better query formating
- import - line separator, max. filesize test
- login - wrong db warning, default host
- charset/collate - problem with default charset fixed
