- Update to 0.3.0
- Use the advantage of COPYTREE_SHARE
- the patch file patch-python25 is unnecessary. It's been fixed since ver. 0.3.0.

Removed file(s):
- files/patch-python25

Port maintainer (daniel@netwalk.org) is cc'd.
