Installation process creates bogus +CONTENTS file and can not create a correct package. This port is MAKE_JOBS_SAFE. Fix: Patch attached with submission follows: How-To-Repeat: Running make install package does not create substantial package tar ball. Also, make deinstall warns a lot.
