XThis is Cat'sEyE (catseye-fm), a filesystem browser using gtk+2.
XMain goals: clear view, powerfull, no icons, fast.
X
XWhat it looks like: Two sided view, each side is tabbed.
XFileShelf on the bottom of the window.
XOnly three colors (one for folder and one for links and
Xone for the rest files)
X
XLoads the pathes opened on last exit, or starts with the same
Xdirectories every time, it's the users choice.
X
XCat'sEyE gots its power by the configuration file where the user can
X(but not has to) 'create' dialogs and build complicated commandlines
Xwhich Cat'sEyE calls to the Shell.
XYou can define how the items are called to some program: each item
X(e.g. for viewing some pictures), all items (e.g. for listen to
Xsome music) or processed in a list, calling one item after each
Xother waiting for the previouse item to finish.
X
XFileShelfs help you keep track of your data spread out
Xover the whole filesystem, but also belonging together such as
Xconfigfiles.
