If dovecot and dovecot-antispam are installed and if dovecot is upgraded to a new version, tools like portmaster do not know that dovecot-antispam must be re-installed. If dovecot is upgraded and dovecot-antispam is not, dovecot will fail to run because the code will cause an abort because of the mismatch between the two packages. How-To-Repeat: Install a slightly older dovecot and dovecot-antispam. Upgrade mail/dovecot. run portmaster -a, and notice that dovecot has been upgraded but dovecot-antispam has not. restart dovecot, give it a go, and watch it fail because dovecot-antispam was compiled against an earlier version of dovecot.

State Changed From-To: feedback->closed There's no real way to fix this, so I've added a comment to dovecot port stating that there is a relationship between these two ports. Thanks for the submission!
