Please recheck this port with ports-mgmt/portlint (portlint -AC) Also 
please reread the porterhand book, the rc.d is wrong.  If i can help you

ok if I dont inckude the etc/rc.d/freeswitch the port does not include 
this startup script .

what is the fix for this ?

I see the error about /bin/bash but I am changibf thier hardsetting 
other then that the port gives no errors

I am on irc: unixdawg and so is voipjunky he is also working on this port.
