Fixes critical signal related bug (MSG_NOSIGNAL) and a few others. Info from the release notice: Those running on 1.4 should really upgrade as there is a risk of response truncation when using the chunked transfer encoding, the anonymous ACLs don't work as expected, the on-error server check speedup may be trigger by clients, the url_param hash may return a dead server, and it's possible to sometimes keep an erroneous connection forever when using keep-alive and pipelining.
