develop/qdevelop site has been moved from http://qdevelop.org to http://biord-software.org/qdevelop/
Also qdevelop v0.27 is not available for download

Fix: Patch attached with submission follows:
How-To-Repeat: cd /usr/ports/devel/qdevelop && make distclean fetch
