pyfasta requires Python 2.5+ (cf: http://pypi.python.org/pypi/pyfasta/),
so USE_PYTHON is changed to reflect that.

This was noticed during a tinderbox build with the following options set:
PYTHON_VERSION=python2.4
PYTHON_DEFAULT_VERSION=python2.4

Port maintainer (wen@FreeBSD.org) is cc'd.
