- Update man pages macro in Makefile
- Add CONFIGURE_ARGS for disable GNOME related stuff.
- Rename patch file (it follows syntax), and update to new version (PR/155346 can be closed)
- In pkg-plist, delete only locales directories which are not in Templates/BSD.local.dist
