Today the phpMyAdmin project announced the end of support for the 2.11 branch. There will be no more patches or security fixes to this branch. However, distfiles will remain available for the forseeable future. Therefore deprecate this port, but set an expiration date six months from now. That should be adequate time for anyone to upgrade. If anyone would like to take over maintainership of this port to keep it available for longer than that, I will happily hand it over to them. Deprecation notice from upstream: "The phpMyAdmin team announces the end of life for the 2.11 branch. No fixes or security fixes will happen. Note that this is the version used on servers with old PHP 4 and MySQL < 5.0 technology. Version 2.11.11.3 will remain in the older releases download area. Marc Delisle, for the team"
