This patch adds the ability to specify the path to the INDEX file, as well as the path to portaudit. It also contains a few small shell cleanups. I've been running this in production for a while and it works great. Fix: Include the attached patch in the port, and bump PORTREVISION. How-To-Repeat: DNA
