Is there a newer version available? Pine 3.x still has security problems.
Or maybe we just want to make this a slave port of mail/pine?

I committed an update to the port to unbreak it, as well as to let it use
newer distfile and patch.

Due mainly to the security problems with this port, I have been reluctant
to update this port. I also have considered removing the port.
However, the facts that as the bundled editor provides Japanese input
support, and Japanese help files are provided occurred to me as
a value for some people, and thus, decided to keep it.

I apologize for my reluctance and the resulting delay.
