Remove extra dependency:
p5-libwww is not used in current version of vidwhacker and webcollage

While here change spaces to tab in CONFLICTS

LWP is actually used by other Perl tools that are called by the ones 
you mentioned. The 5.15 commit message should have been more clear. 

I did fix the CONFLICTS though, thanks!
