Update malformed reg file caused by porttools, Fix ports/171749 problem.

Due to RFC 2821

text line
      The maximum total length of a text line including the <CRLF> is
      1000 characters (not counting the leading dot duplicated for
      transparency).  This number may be increased by the use of SMTP
      Service Extensions.

So MTA puts new line and whitespace after 999 chars that between text
"Modifie" and " d",
It lead to problem that reg file contains malformed PHP serialize
string. I don't know how to
fix this myself, So could you help me to fix that?
