Sorry for the long delay (I had no recent current installation for testing,
now with 10.0-BETA I had a chance to do that).

Please apply the following patch. I will also submit a patch for the related
nessus port, which fixes build on FreeBSD-8.x.

pointyhat which no longer exist.
