- Update to 0.8.0
- Much work has been done in 0.8.0 to improve performance and reduce CPU load
- Patches required for previous versions have now been accepted upstream.

Yes, this is my update. My internet provider's smtp server needs a
'@theirdomain' address to let emails out, even though they do not provide
me an email service - hence the @mynetfone from address.

Please commit. Any testing others may provide would be also appreciated.
