www/links1 cannot be fetched; the sourceforge "links" pages refer to a
different project (CHAP links, about visualization) and should be
removed.

The only working link I have found is the homepage,
http://www.jikos.cz/~mikulas/links/download/

Please check the list of MASTER_SITES thoroughly and update.
