Mark DEPRECATED ans set EXPIRATION on 2014-09-05 as "Rights to BLAST 2.0 (WU-BLAST) have been acquired by Advanced Biocomputing, LLC". AB has released version 3 but nothing specific to FreeBSD. And WU-BLAST is no longer maintained.

Note that I couldn't apply the patch because it had DOS line endings.
