Patch to add maintainer mirror to MASTER_SITES

I took this port devel/byaccj over from Paul Schmehl (CC'ed), who is retiring.

Currently there is no distfile mirror (only SourceForge), but the attached patch adds my own site to MASTER_SITES for mirroring.

This is probably overkill.

"SF" represents like 20 servers, maybe more.  If it falls back past SF, it means their entire network is down.

In any case, the patch was incorporated!

Thanks for taking care of it so quickly. Granted, the mirroring is mostly just for good form :-) But it probably won't hurt either.
