svn diff for sysutils/etcmerge

I've always hated mergemaster(8) so this looks
like a good opportunity to make my life, and
hopefully others too, nicer, and easier. :)

So I'd love to maintain sysutils/etcmerge

CHANGES
Makefile - takes MAINTAINER
pkg-desrr - modifies description, adds WWW

That's it!

Please find the svn diff, attached, to accomplish this.

Please consider the attached update. I've removed the SRC variable, and moved SRC to standard "files" directory, and shifted code in Makefile as appropriate. I've also dropped useless need for PORTREVISION of 0.
