@dirrm & other fixes

Due some recent changes in our port framework this ports installs
empty package. It seems tarball is unpacked to different directory
making WRK_SRC point to void. This patch fixes packaging and 
removes usage of deprecated @dirrm keyword.

  - Due to changes in NO_WRKSUBDIR handling this port installed
    empty package. Tarball was unpacked to different directory
    making WRK_SRC point to void, fix this.
  - Remove usage of deprecated @dirrm keyword
  - Add NO_ARCH, it's just bunch of text files
