libhdhomerun port shar

This package supports the Silicon Dust HDHomeRun, a networked digital TV tuner compatible with VLC and Tvheadend.

This utility can be used for:

 * Discovering your tuner location and name
 * Gathering tuner settings
 * Modifying tuner settings
 * Performing scans
 * Performing firmware upgrades
