Patch

Ports are not allowed to fetch during the build phase - this is a security (fetches unverified code) and consistency (no distfile caching, no offline build, breaks reproducible builds) issue, not just a problem with tinderbox building.

It does not fetch anything.
It "makes outbound connection" and then uses files from distfiles only.

No idea. When I created this port I asked ports-developers@ for help with this issue, but none responded.

Then it's not proven that it doesn't download anything and the port is broken.
