Description elij 2016-02-07 04:38:02 UTC
6.1.0 was released by upstream on Jan 28, 2016.

Release text:
"We are happy to announce the release of our latest major release, v6.1.0!
This is primarily a bug fix release over v6.0.0, but adds a few interesting
  features.."

link: http://trafficserver.apache.org/downloads#6.1.0

It also looks, based on release notes for 6.0.0, that http/2 is now considered stable.
Not sure if the spdy OPTIONS_DEFINE is still relevant or not.
