flashrom.diff

Besides updating to 0.9.9 also
- removed some now unnecessary build flags from the port
- switched to using libftdi1 as suggested by the release notes
- enabled DOCS option by default

Tobias, note that DOCS and EXAMPLES are always enabled by default, so you don't ever need them in OPTIONS_DEFAULT.
