The patch against flood "Refreshing sources showed 0 changes." message

I got flood messages "sshguard[6610]: Refreshing sources showed 0 changes."

This problem already known and fixed:
https://bitbucket.org/sshguard/sshguard/issues/25/excessive-error-messages-when-polling

This patch is "emulation" of commit 43ff612: https://bitbucket.org/sshguard/sshguard/commits/43ff612
