Created attachment 172433 [details] py-cluster.shar Python-cluster is a simple package that allows to create several groups (clusters) of objects from a list. It's meant to be flexible and able to cluster any object. To ensure this kind of flexibility, you need not only to supply the list of objects, but also a function that calculates the similarity between two of those objects. For simple datatypes, like integers, this can be as simple as a subtraction, but more complex calculations are possible. This port will be used as a dependency for security/w3af. - portlint compliant - poudriere tests ok FreeBSD 9.3|10.3|11 - i386|amd64 Poudriere output as example: build started at Tue Jul 12 18:26:21 BRT 2016 port directory: /usr/ports/devel/py-cluster building for: FreeBSD 93amd64-ports_dbaio 9.3-RELEASE-p42 FreeBSD 9.3-RELEASE-p42 amd64 maintained by: dbaio@bsd.com.br ident warning: no id keywords in /usr/local/poudriere/data/.m/93amd64-ports_dbaio/ref//usr/ports/devel/py-cluster/Makefile Makefile ident: Poudriere version: 3.2-pre Host OSVERSION: 1100120 Jail OSVERSION: 903000 [...] ====> Running Q/A tests (stage-qa) ====> Checking for pkg-plist issues (check-plist) ===> Parsing plist ===> Checking for items in STAGEDIR missing from pkg-plist ===> Checking for items in pkg-plist which are not in STAGEDIR ===> No pkg-plist issues found (check-plist) ====>> Checking for staging violations... done =======================<phase: package >============================ ===> Building package for py27-cluster-1.3.1 =========================================================================== =======================<phase: install-mtree >============================ =========================================================================== ====>> Recording filesystem state for preinst... done =======================<phase: install >============================ ===> Installing for py27-cluster-1.3.1 ===> py27-cluster-1.3.1 depends on package: py27-setuptools27>0 - found ===> py27-cluster-1.3.1 depends on file: /usr/local/bin/python2.7 - found ===> Checking if py27-cluster already installed ===> Registering installation for py27-cluster-1.3.1 [93amd64-ports_dbaio] Installing py27-cluster-1.3.1... =========================================================================== ====>> Checking shared library dependencies =======================<phase: deinstall >============================ ===> Deinstalling for py27-cluster ===> Deinstalling py27-cluster-1.3.1 Updating database digests format: ........ done Checking integrity... done (0 conflicting) Deinstallation has been requested for the following 1 packages (of 0 packages in the universe): Installed packages to be REMOVED: py27-cluster-1.3.1 Number of packages to be removed: 1 [93amd64-ports_dbaio] [1/1] Deinstalling py27-cluster-1.3.1...
