Committed, thanks!

I upgraded to 1.727 and while it installed cleanly, it was missing p5-Readonly and refused to actually run:

Can't locate Readonly.pm in @INC (you may need to install the Readonly module) (@INC contains: /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/mach/5.22 /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl /usr/local/lib/perl5/5.22/mach /usr/local/lib/perl5/5.22 .) at /usr/local/bin/imapsync line 728.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/local/bin/imapsync line 728.

Manually installing devel/p5-Readonly remedied the situation.
