Deprecate security/py-pyme

The pyme bindings have been merged into the gpgme source and are being maintained there. See: https://www.gnupg.org/blog/20160921-python-bindings-for-gpgme.html

I have created security/py-gpgme for the new bindings, and I am suggesting deprecation of security/py-pyme since the two ports cannot coexist. Since no other ports depend on security/py-pyme, I recommend an EXPIRATION_DATE 30 days from now.

py-gpgme should be called pyme3 as per the PyPI package name:

I don't mind renaming the port, but I would rather stick with using the gpgme source for now.  It doesn't look like they are keeping up on PyPI as version 1.7.1 was released yesterday.

  This project has been merged into the GPGme project and users should
  switch to security/py-gpgme instead. Since there are no dependent ports,
  EXPIRATION_DATE has been set for one month from now.
