clean up x11-drivers/xf86-input-egalax by use of XORG_CAT=driver

Setting XORG_CAT=driver allows much else to be trimmed from the Makefile. The dropping of install-strip assumes PR216269.

Hi!

I can't test it right now, since don't have access to the hardware. If the installation of the updated port matches the old one, of course the change is approved. Thanks for cleanup!

P.S. When I get back to the hardware (this summer), I hope to write evdev(4) driver for it, and then the port will be deleted.
