Port is marked as broken because the download of Text_Template-1.2.0.tgz redirects to phpunit.de
Apparently installing things via phpunit is deprecated since the end of 2014:
https://github.com/sebastianbergmann/phpunit/wiki/End-of-Life-for-PEAR-Installation-Method

phar or composer has to be used now.
