Update biology/hmmer to 3.1b2 with changes of MASTER_SITES & WWW (remove BROKEN)

other changes
*Make verbose output during build (V=1)
*Update DOCFILES & EXAMPLES
*Tune up post-install process
*New OPTION: TEST

The port passed make test & poudriere testport in my environment (10.4 amd64/i386).

Nice work, looks clean.

Would you like to adopt the hmmer port?  I'm maintaining too many right now (53 committed, hundreds more under development) and can't keep up with updates.

Hello, thank you for your contributions. I took a quick look at the diff and bsd.port.pre.mk should probably be removed as well as the the "post" part of the include at the end of the Makefile. Everything else lgtm.

* make configure script to automatically enable SSE support depending on ARCH
  (this also removes including <bsd.port.pre.mk>)
