svn based diff file for update

Update comms/xastir to the latest stable version.

Issues:
. GraphicsMagick wasn't detected when the port was compiled with clang.  Now uses GCC instead as that is what GraphicsMagick is compiled with.
. Cleaned up Makefile based on portlint.
. Updated to latest stable version

The project is about to release a new version, 2.1.0 so this update is going to be superseded in a few days.  I'm withdrawing it.
