(And it still uses GTK3, despite the name.) tepl4 is https://wiki.gnome.org/Projects/Tepl for gtksourceview4. (There is an earlier version for gtksourceview3, it needs to be versioned like gtksourceview.)
Shouldn't we wait for the 3.28.0 stable release? It looks like the renaming is still in progress and there are related patches committed after 3.27.2.
