Update to version 2.5 of (science/mcstas) perl tools.
- upstream has split the distfiles in two which causes some makefile complexity

Why set MANDIRS when the port no longer installs any man pages?
Are they missing from pkg-plist?

remove MANDIRS since man pages have been deprecated by upstream (outdated)
also fix serious bug with download location
