Patched current port database/galera that uses v25 with code version v26 so that can be used with mariadb104-server

To make it work with database/mariadb104-server it could be used in the makefile with:

WSREP_LIB_DEPENDS=      libgalera.so:databases/galera26

Because databases/galera and databases/galera26 would have the same
PKGNAME (test with: make -V PKGNAME), the port needs a

PKGNAMESUFFIX=26
