Patch for sysutils/pwsafe

- fetch distfile from github repository
- update to latest revision
- reshuffle some Makefile variables
- fix patch

I moved to tip instead of the revision of the last release because the checkout has no pre-generated configure/Makefile and current autotools don't take the old syntax too kindly. The version is derived from the GH revision after the examples in the Porter's Handbook and should cause no issues in the case there would be a new release upstream some day.

Thanks - I don't use pwsafe anymore, do you want to maintain it?

Sure, I can do that. I'll open a new bug for that.
