svn diff to upgrade dsbmd-1.9 to dsbmd-1.10, and to add an entry to UPDATING

This diff updates dsbmd-1.9 to dsbmd-1.10, changes the dependency of sysutils/fusefs-simple-mtpfs to sysutils/fusefs-jmptfs, and adds an entry to UPDATING.
