ntopng update

- portlint -A is happy
- poudriere package builds fine (12.1 64bit)
- poudriere testport fine on 12.1 64bit

Changes:

- latest commit tag
- replaced space with tab for LIB_DEPENDS
- removed patch for ParsedFlow.cpp, already in master
- updated plist

Currently I'm diagnosing cpu problem with version 4, maybe I'll push a new PR soon, but I have to discuss upstream:

Now that you mention it I am noticing this strange load too.

Please create a new bug report with some details, even if you don't have a fix, so this can be tracked.

A fix can be added later to the bug.
