Hello Fernando,

Can this port be assigned back to the pool? Maintainer timeout > 3 months

Hi Nuno,

What do you mean by back to the pool?
Comment 5 Nuno Teixeira freebsd_committer freebsd_triage 2021-10-08 19:48:19 UTC
(In reply to Fernando Apesteguía from comment #4)

Porterś Handbook: 5.5. MAINTAINER
"If the maintainer does not respond within three months, or if there have been three consecutive timeouts, then that maintainer is considered absent without leave, and all of their ports can be assigned back to the pool."

Reset maintainer

Well my doubt is that maintainer himself opened this PR, thats why I'm asking :)

(In reply to Nuno Teixeira from comment #5)
Sorry, I understood PR back to the pool, not port. My bad.

I would check if maintainer has been active in the last three months in other PRs before snatching his/her ports.

Your call :-)
