This can be solved with the following command

make -C /usr/ports/multimedia/webcamd/ rmconfig

I'm not sure what specific option is causing the problem anymore, so write down your current /var/db/ports/multimedia_webcamd/options here and then run it :)

The 32-bit COMPAT option is the problem.

I'm working on fix for i386.
