Patch for itext

Very outdated, current version in tree was released around 10 years ago and upstream is still active. Project is now located here: https://github.com/itext/itext7

Newer itext versions have different license, package name and ABI.

The maintained evolution of this software is at https://github.com/LibrePDF/OpenPDF

I have no objections in marking it as deprecated, but please use a different message, recommending the above replacement (and to take maintainership).

How about simply adding "Outdated version and deprecated by upstream" and in the commit message refer to https://github.com/LibrePDF/OpenPDF ?
